This End-User License Agreement is a legal agreement between you and “www.ggbuddy4u.com” that covers all Microsoft Excel templates, Google Sheets templates, spreadsheets, or software available on our website.
Licensing
When you download a template from our website, you are offered different license options, each with its own rights and limitations. Please refer to our License Details for more information.
By downloading, copying, accessing, or using any of our templates, you agree to the following terms:
- Usage Limitations: You may not sell, resell, license, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer our templates for value without our written permission.
- Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for using the calculation/algorithm results provided within our templates. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of profits, or business interruption.
- Distribution: You may not distribute, publish in an online gallery, host on a website, or place on any server in a manner that makes it available to the general public.
Reservation of Rights
We own all title and copyrights in and to the templates, and any copies of the templates. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
Use of our templates for any purpose other than expressly permitted in this agreement is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties.
Customizations
All templates and downloadable products on our site are provided “As is.” while we appreciate feedback for product improvement, it does not guarantee modifications. For further customizations, please refer to our custom services or contact at: digitalcraftsnlove@gmail.com.
Pricing Policy
We offer premium templates. Prices for premium products may change from time to time at our discretion. New prices become valid after the change, and we do not offer returns or additional charges for prior purchases due to price changes.
Our templates may also be available on other platforms and marketplaces, and we do not guarantee uniform pricing across all platforms.
